Graduation Map: Baking and Pastry Arts, TC

The Technical Certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts program provides knowledge and laboratory experiences that prepare the student to enter the baking profession as an entry-level worker. Graduates may become employed in bakeries, hospitals, hotels, or other food service locations. Graduates of the program will earn the Certified Pastry Culinarian from the American Culinary Federation

Degree Requirements
-This degree requires successful completion of 30 credit hours.
-A minimum 2.00 cumulative grade point average required for graduation.
-Students must make a grade of “C” or better in all BAK, CUL or HOS classes or the class must be repeated.
-This program of study includes special program fees beyond current tuition and college fees.
-Satisfaction of all financial obligations due to the college is required for graduation.

-Please note: additional prerequisite courses may be required if minimum placement test scores are not met.
