The Certificate of Proficiency in Dietary Management provides basic sanitation and skills training to prepare students for entry level employment in dietary management in the foodservice industry. Graduates of the program will be able eligible to sit for the Certified Dietary Manager Exam.

Degree Requirements
-This Certificate requires successful completion of 18 credit hours.
-A minimum 2.00 cumulative grade point average required for graduation.
-Students must earn a grade of “C” or better in all degree specific courses taken.
-This program of study includes special program fees beyond current tuition and college fees.
-Satisfaction of all financial obligations due to the college is required for graduation.
