BAKG 02203 - Introduction to Production Baking Credit Hours: 3
The Introduction to Production Baking course introduces students to the fundamentals of baking in a production setting. Students will explore various baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety procedures commonly used in commercial bakeries. Through hands-on experiences, demonstrations, and practical applications, students will develop essential skills in producing a variety of baked goods efficiently and effectively. By the end of the course, students will have a foundational understanding of production baking and be able to apply their knowledge to create quality baked goods.
