BAKG 02103 - Foundations of Baking and Pastry Arts Credit Hours: 3
The Foundations of Baking and Pastry Arts course introduces students to the basic principles and techniques of baking and pastry making in a fun and engaging way. Through hands-on activities, demonstrations, and guided practice, students will explore the art and science of baking, as well as the creative aspects of pastry arts. This course emphasizes foundational skills, safety practices, and teamwork while fostering a love for baking and creativity in students. By the end of the course, students will have a basic understanding of baking and pastry fundamentals and be able to create simple baked goods.
