DENT 16003 - Dental Radiography I

Credit Hours: 3

Students receive a fundamental knowledge of the basic principles of radiation physics to produce x-rays, biological effects of ionizing radiation, safety, radiographic quality assurance, exposure techniques, processing, mounting, and evaluation of finished radiographic images and evaluate them using direct and indirect digital imaging.
