BUS 1604 - Principles of Real Estate
Credit Hours: 4
This 60-hour course is designed to not only lay a foundation for a career in real estate, but it will also provide information needed to pass the Arkansas Salesperson license exam. Students will learn the principles of real estate and gain valuable insight on how to operate in your new career. Completion of this course qualifies students for employment with real estate brokerages and property management companies and will enhance opportunities with development and investment firms, mortgage lenders and bankers, real estate appraisers, surveyors, title companies, insurance companies, and closing companies seeking individuals with basic real estate knowledge.
