PLG 1822 - Bankruptcy Law

This course is designed to teach the fundamentals of bankruptcy law with an emphasis on practical aspects of the process. Students learn to draft the necessary documents for filing a bankruptcy.

Prerequisite(s):
PLG 1003  and PLG 1013  with a grade of “C” or better.
