This Technical Certificate program is designed to help students develop the knowledge and skills necessary for employment with residential or commercial contractors, service companies in sales or self-employment. Instruction includes principles and practical experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Complete all (6 credit hours) HVCAR Core Courses
Complete all (17 credit hours) HVACR Directed Electives
Complete 8 credit hours from one of the three (3) areas: Residential Heat and Air Conditioning (8 credit hours)
