OTAP 12114 - Adult Evaluation & Intervention Planning Credit Hours: 4
Engagement in practical application and implementation of treatment techniques and interventions utilized with adult clients will take place. The use of occupation throughout the treatment process will be emphasized. Adaptation of self, tools and the environment during treatment will be discussed. Documentation skills will be further developed as they pertain to discharge planning and client education materials. Client and family education will be addressed. Class experiences will include but are not limited to lecture, group activities, lab experiences and clinical observations. Requires admission into the Baptist Health College Little Rock-School of Occupational Therapy Assistant.
